Upcoming Competition: Ribs, Pigs, & Watermelons in Westminster, CA
Rooftop BBQ Competition Team is back from their summer break. But don’t worry, we haven’t been slacking. We had some catering events these past few months and on Fourth of July, we cooked a whole hog for our church! It was epic.
Westminster BBQ: August 17-19
But this coming weekend starts up our second half of the BBQ competition season, starting with Ribs, Pigs, & Watermelon at the Westminster Mall.
August 17-19, 2012
Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: Noon to 10:00 p.m.
Sunday: Noon to 8:00 p.m.
Tickets are $10 at the door but we do have some tickets to give away so let us know if you will be coming out.

If you can’t make it to this event, our next southern California BBQ competition is in beautiful Dana Point at the end of September.

Sorry no pig candy this time. But we do have 350lb of tri tip ready to be cooked
